4. Teil. 1943: Argentina is officially neutral, but crawling with spies, sympathisers, and military officials. OSS Chief Wild Bill Donovan asks Frade to set up his official-but-really-OSS airline in Argentina with loaned aircraft from the USA. Woven into this are two German operations in which the OSS are more than interested. The first is a Nazi scheme for German Jews outside the Fatherland to purchase the freedom of their relatives in concentrations camps. The second plan involves the use of the monies arising from the first to fund Operation Phoenix, a safe haven scheme for senior Nazi officials in Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. Can Frade find out more, without getting himself killed, and help those who deserve it?
